Director and Physiotherapist
Elise is an experienced physiotherapist who has spent the majority of her career working in paediatrics. She believes in supporting children and families to set goals which are meaningful to their lives and then working together to achieve them.
Elise graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and since graduating, has also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Rehabilitation Science through Melbourne University. She has worked in a variety of settings including private and public hospitals, early intervention and community health and has worked at both Monash Children's and The Royal Children's Hospital.
Elise has experience working with a wide variety of conditions including plagiocephaly and torticollis, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputees and with children post surgical interventions. She is qualified in Prechtl's General Movements Assessment for assessing pre-term infants and has a special interest in early childhood development and rehabilitation.
